When you are trying to incorporate Jiu-Jitsu into your daily routine it can be very stressful which defeats the purpose. The art of Jiu-Jitsu is all about planning and then positioning. You want to always start out with a plan, followed by a nice, healthy diet and plenty of hydration. With said planning comes positioning and then submission to your master plan. The entire meaning behind this form of art is smoothly moving from one position to the next in a calculated way, anything else will set you up for a pretty big defeat.
