This has helped Mandy, a mom, in her kickboxing training. She is a proud kickboxing and fitness member at Ottowa Martial Arts in Ontario, Canada. She trains for about 4 to 5 days every week. When she come to train, she joins 2 to 3 classes, mostly in kickboxing but with other styles thrown in. She claims she loves what she learns every time she come to school to train. Mandy has also forged meaningful relationships with the people she trains with.
